Check-in staff are super fast, which I liked. The rooms were really clean. Being close to the airport is a big plus, especially for early flights. The room was ready and very clean. I found this very comforting.
I found that the parking charged an extra ten pounds each night. However it is a very convenient spot for access.

The room was a premium king room with a view of the airport and it was very neat. The bed was comfy and had nice pillows, which added to the cozy feel. A suboptimal fridge and tea making facilities were present.

Our wedding day was more than a dream. Hayley, who showed us the hotel, filled us with confidence for our special day. Sue and Suzanna were calm and in control. They made the day run smooth and their kindness was much appreciated. The room setup for the ceremony and dinner was amazing. All hotel staff were cute, and the companies you recommended were fantastic.
The frosted portion of the window in our Executive corner room obstructed a part of the view. We had to press hard on both buttons to flush the toilet.

The staff ensured my wedding day went smoothly, and their gentle guidance I appreciated. The team delivered efficient service, and every staff member were friendly, also welcoming to all the guests. I recommend it highly to others.

i found the heated bathroom mirror and bathroom nightlight a thoughtful touch. the restaurant had great views of the airport which was nice. the location was very convenient as it was a short walk to the airport.
the additional charge for parking felt unnecessary given the convenience of the location.
